Dear Gurus,

I am Rahul Kadam, SAP PP Certified on September 2014. Though i have faced about 4-5 interviews (all arranged by Atos Mumbai, the institute i have passed out from.) But its more than a year now which is getting me worries. What could be the reason?

I am NOT from IT Background, I am having 10 years of experience in Food Production Process. I quit my job for the Certification purpose. I am not getting calls even from my previous domain. As if all doors are closed for me.

Any Fresher / Trainee job as SAP PP any were in India please let me know.

Dear Rahul,

I am sorry for your situation. In the first place, you should not have resigned. Nevertheless, whatever, happened is happened. There is no point in repenting.

You have already decided to sail with SAP and did enough sacrifice. Now, there is no point in going back to the old area. Then whatever you have invested in terms of time, money and effort for SAP will get wasted. I understand the market became very competitive. You must start applying rigorously through reliable sources. Daily keep applying all SAP related jobs through the job portal. Keep in touch with your friends who can refer you. Get in touch with the HR consultants, who can forward your CV. Follow up with your institute. Meanwhile, you should keep focus on your learning. I know this difficult phase, but you learn many good things out of this phase.
