Hello,

I am from very far from your country and so I am afraid my piece od advice could not meet your expectations etc. But:

1) read a blog of mine: /people/otto.gold/blog/2010/08/20/what-would-i-do-if-i-were-a-sap-newbie, skip the first part and start reading from "Understand the career options". Even if the blog is for beginners, the message should be relevant for like everybody. I mean the parts about the opportunities, prior experience etc.

2) register at linkedIn, if you´re not registered there yet. You can find discussion groups, where you could get some more "job" relevant pieces of information, you can check peoples´ profiles, they can see yours (and thus evaluate your experience and your value on the labour market) etc.

Cheers Otto

as of my knowledge your salary is not very low and high

i have some friends with nearer experience like you , they choose different options, check once

1) some people moved to other countries where the salaries are pretty high so try to get job in other countries with your Experience, knowledge and communication.

2) some other people with good qualifications moved to different career's. since moving to another module may not help much in salary increment so they moved to management with good MBA's and getting well. some to administration, security, storage sides

3) Few other people with good communication and finance, started their own firm's in IT field with their 10 years of experience in IT field.

as said above,( Otto) check in Linked In SAP, even with 3+ of Total experience and Few months in SAP me also got an offer from Linked IN try u also get a good offer. All the best
