Hi - I have an over all experience of 10+years in IT and BPO industry. Most of the career time i have spent was in to resource management and operations in IT. I am currently working as Staffing Program Manager in one of the IT companies in India. And i have been thinking a lot to switch my career to SAP. I have worked on SAP MRS as an end user for around an year. I am not sure if this would be the right thing to switch my career at this time. Also, if this is the right option please suggest me which would be right module that i could work on. I did my MBA. Marketing. Thank you.

Hi Manoj, I've been passing through by the same dilemma as you since I started at SAP world (as project manager) 5 years ago. Though, you are not alone on that 🙂

Now, I'm pursuit a switch to a more technical-oriented path of course into SAP world. I did a MBA on ERP applicability and SD academy and experience in development (10 years ago). Aside, what I've being looking is that the opportunities for beginners or even low-experienced are not so often, may forcing you a step-back (consider money, status, skills, etc.). The roadmap is basically get skilled, prepare yourself for some life change (including personal). It's not being easy to switch so, but I will keep looking for it. kind regards
