Hi,
I have completed MBA in Finance and have joined in SAP Project. I am little confused over what career choices I can have in SAP.
Is role of MBA is like Business Analyst, Functional consultant in support/implementation, Functional Tester in SAP? What are opportunities for a person like me in support/Implementation/Testing related to SAP? Appreciate your help In advance.

Dear Tejas,
Being a qualified MBA in Finance I would suggest you to to gain expertise in FI-CO module in initial stage.
There after business life cycle and live project will drive your career path.

Dear Tejas,
These days FI module and CO module are two separate modules.
Choose any modules on the basis of available opportunities.
In case if opportunities are available in both the modules I would suggest you to choose CO module, as there are bunch of FI consultants are available in market where as there is short supply of CO consultants.
Coming back to your question"What Kind of Expertise (Testing / Configuration / Support etc.)"
If you gain expertise in configuration, you can be a good supporter or Testing consultant.
In order to gain configuration level of expertise you may have to start your path from support & Testing area.

Hello Tejas
FI-CO module should be better than others for your background.

Hi Tejas,
Since you are already pursuing MBA in Finance then going for FI module then CO would be a logical track. Once you get a job in SAP then you can explore the other modules that you like to pursue in future. Unless you start working you won't understand the demand and the skill required in each module.
Thank you,
