Career options for CRM functional

I have 4 years of experience in SAP CRM functional and now I am confused which path should I choose afterwards,since there is no such market demand in CRM.

Is these things are for functional, since I am more interested in functional area.Moreover, could you please put some light about the difference between C4C & C4 Hana.
