Hi Gitesh,
My advice would be do both! Don't exclude one over the other. Both are useful skills and you are fortunate to have both skills and to have someone train you in them. ABAP is at the core of the SAP Business Suite and will be for many years to come IMO, portal has been around for 12+ years and there are thousands of customers using it, it is a great solution.
IMO to have a career in SAP you need to keep on top of whats coming (so you don't get surprised) while maintaining your current skills and getting paid 🙂

Hi Gitesh,
Good... you have got this opportunity to trained on SAP Enterprise portal. This is a niche skill and very high demand in market because all SAP systems are integrated to SAP EP to get one portal for end users.
This is a good opportunity and you would get high salary when you have 2 to 3 years of experience.
If you meet most of the guys who are working in SAP EP they were from ABAP and cross trained in SAP EP.
So this is excellent opportunity for you to grow.

Yes Gitesh... When you run ABAP Webdynpro application, you need to integrate iview into SAP EP.
