Hi Gurus,

I am a certified SD consultant and have experience of 2+ years in SAP SD. I would like to learn SAP CRM. I would like to know which has more scope, is it either CRM sales or marketing or interaction center or service. I order to certify, is it mandatory that i shoud take up CRM fundamentals and then again SAP certified application professional or could i directly take up the professional exam just by gaining knowledge on CRM fundamentals.....

Hi

Career in SAP CRM is exciting too. In SAP CRM you have 4 specializations like e-commerce, Sales, service, middleware which should be paired with SAP CRM fundamentals.

For your domain experience it is suggested to take fundamentalse-commercesales but before to that you should have minimum enduser experience if not SAP SD experience.

Thanks for your reply. So if i have to do certification i have to complete fundamentals and then certify in E-commerce or Sales. Could you let me know the scope of Ecommerce or sales in the SAP market. for eg. The no of consultants in SAP SD is more than SAP CRM similarly in which does the no of consultants more (is it CRM sales / CRM e-commerce / CRM interaction centre / CRM marketing)..
