I am SAP certified BASIS administrator for past 7 years and now want to specialize in other field mainly BO or HANA. Request you to please guide me on following

1) What are future prospects for SAP BO and HANA in terms of career and job opportunities

2) Which would be more suitable for SAP BASIS administrator

You have 7 years experience... Just awesome...

Try HANA... I don't know much about HANA...

But I heard a lot about HANA module... And about the job opportunity, SAP is now running all over world...

More than 80% company has implemented SAP for their organization....

And also all modules are running very well...

As you are a Basis consultant I will suggest to focus on HANA admin side rather than HANA content development side ; HANA Administration is going to be quite a buzz in market and the demand will increase as many organization move their application over to HANA ...It  will align very nicely with your current experience.
