Hi All,
I am plannning to learn ABAP. Is there any fundamental knowledge that is needed to learn ABAP. I heard that you need to be strong in C, C++ and JAVA to understand ABAP

Only thing that is required is Analytical knowledge, ABAP language is very easy but turns to be complicated and complex with the functionality and Processes.

idea on 'C' Language is enough.no need of Java Or C++.

Not at all.
Head over to sap-press.com and you will find good ABAP books.Something like 'ABAP Objects' from Keller and Krüger should help to get started.
