Hi Happy,
If the money is problem, then there is no other option, take the job whatever it gives money for operating life.
In parallel, you pursue your passion, try to get the job you are aiming for. Particularly, in ABAP there is lot of competition, any additional skills like BOBJ or HANA could supplement your ABAP skills. Keep trying, you should be there.
All the best.
Kind Regards,
Ravi

Hi Ravi Sir,
Its been a week,i am reading your suggestions and comments, and I am really touched with all those.I had a word with many concerned person regarding my career in SAP,but no one gives me the right answer.
Actually i did a training on SAP FI,but not the certification, now the difficulty which is coming that I am not able to crack the interview as I don't have live project implementation experience, and also a fresher in this domain.there is a company who is charging me for a live project and they will provide me the certificate also for that.Is that okay to invest,or if not then how to move on this field, because i have trust on you that u will give me the proper solution for that.
Thanks
Mayank Garg

Hi Mayank,
I would never suggest to invest anything with this kind of experience. I know you have tough time in clearing the interview. When I passed my certification, I blown 100 interviews, then I was successful in 101st interview. The experience you get in real implementation experience is priceless.
Therefore, please do not waste / spend any money on these people.
Regards,
Ravi

Hi Ravi Sir,
I have one question regarding SAP Modules.Sir as i don't have any domain experience in Finance, although i did B.Com,but still not much exposure in Finance. When i was planning do to SAP,some expert people told me that SAP FI/CO will be best for you as you have done B.Com.But today i am realising that i should have done SAP CRM,because its been 3-4 years,i am in a Customer Service.Am I correct or Not ?.and even to get into SAP,I am ready to go for SAP CRM also. Please guide me this..Should I go for it.
Thanks

Hi Mayank,
It is not that easy to change the modules.
Initially, you need to select your core module and you need to build your skills extending on that.
It is not advisable to change the modules from one core area to the other. Then we cannot make justice to any of those areas.
As you have already done FICO course and you have finance / commerce background, I would suggest you to stick to it. If you would have selected SD module, probably, going to CRM might a wise decision. But, at this point, I do not suggest you going to CRM.
Kind Regards,
Ravi

Hi Ravi & Mahesh sir,
Thank you for ur support.........Sir why you are suggesting us to not to go for those company whose charge & gave real time implementation exp. with experience certificate of project, I know those company are just doing business but we don't have any choice, Fresher didn't get any job unless they has some live exp. & if we get this by paying some amount then y not.
I just want to know reason for e.g company don't consider those exp. while hiring or we did't get proper exp.or they are just doing fraud.....i hope sir u can understand this y i want to know all this thing in detail.
Ravi sir this link is also not working in IE http://help.sap.com/bp_bblibrary/470/BBlibrary_start.htm..
I really appreciate ur help sir.
Thanks & Regards

Hi,
My name is Mayank. I am a B.com graduate. I have been to this forum before as well. As i was planning to get into SAP. So i had an expert advice and they told me to do SAP(FICO). Unfortunately i went for the training in a local institute. They told me that they will give me training and will give 2 years of experience. I went for it and later on i stand no where in this field. Then again i had an expert advice and they told me that the module which i have chosen its very difficult to get a job in this field as i don't have any domain experience and its one of the oldest module in SAP. They ask me to go for those module which is recently came into the picture, because getting a job in new is more easy rather then the old one because we already have expert on it.
I really not able to decide that which side should i go as i really want to get into this field.
Please expert advice me something that which module should i go for,so that i can move furthur

Mayank,
I understand your frustration. First of all keep calm, cool and patience.
In the area of SAP nobody is beggar nor anybody dying without food. SAP has given everything that an individual has ever dreamed of.
Now-
(1) Keep focusing on learning part.
(2) keep practicing as much as possible.
(3) join to social networking sites(FB,Twitter,Linked-in etc)
(4) Place your CV in those consultancy who exclusively work for IT firm(specifically ERP)
(5) Share your knowledge.
(6) Train some other people who want to get trained.
Next FI/CO may be the oldest module in SAP. But sir it is most demanding module also.
Any company do think of ERP implementation and think about SAP they first think of FI/CO module.
Other module like MM.SD,PP,CRM,SCM may be implemented later part.
So you have very very very very very bright future.
Wait for the right opportunities. get some part time job as an user with accounting background where SAP FI/CO running.
best of Luck.
Thanks & regards,
Supriyo

Thanks a lot for your suggestion.
Can you please tell me one more thing that what is end to end implementation in FICO and how to gain hands on experience on it,because i believe in most of the companies they require 1 or 2 end to end implementation and if i would be having this experience then it would become more easy for me to get a job in SAP FICO.
