Hi All,

My name is Nitin and I am a new joinee to this forum.

My Background:

I have handled implementation of two CRM's for different ISP's a Business Analyst. During these implementations I handled requirement gathering and documentation part.

My Query:

I want to become a CRM consultant in future and as a step forward, I would like to get into implementation of SAP CRM.

So, I would request forum experts to suggest me a way forward in terms of training or a certification that could help me.

Hi,

Its better to have certification and also training in that module since you have business analyst experience which will help you to understand the customize part easily asper the business scenario....
