Hi Mayank,
You target mid size IT Organizations..those which are serving some domestic projects or some Small-to-medium size Organizations which prefer in-house consultant. There, You can have better chance to grab opportunity.

Hi Mayank,
yes it is the fact that, each company only requires a person who have done implementation,
although the work you have to perform there has no more significance with implementation
experiences (it will provide advantages in terms of understanding better), but i don't think if
a person having 3+ yrs. experience is not able to work so consistent than a person having
implementation experience.
Me too have seen such situation, although i am in the abap module, and a consistent contributor
in abap section, but during some interviews in company like ac*******, just droped me because i
didn't have done so many implementataion project.
According to my opinion, don't be hopeless, just justify yourself during interviws, one day
surely you will achieved waht you wants.
Best of Luck

Yes...
Its true... Every organization needs 1-2 implementation...
And no suggestion for that....
As you have 3+ years experience, then no need to worry...
You will get job soon...
I have faced the problem same in these days..
I also haven't any end to end implementation..
Just don't be hopeless.. Try again and again...

Dear Mayank,
You are into SAP and its wonderful, and you have covered almost all the tough times (like being a fresher).
As suggested, its correct, more possibilities are there into midsize companies.
So how will you find midsize companies, the ans is very simple GOOGLE.
I have found out and i have plenty names. I hope this reply helps you a little.
Use this smart key words:
Midsize companies recruiting SAP SD junior Consultants 0 to 2 years experience (say)
You can add your location preference and custom dates as well :
Also, you have this below google tool which can help you land up in the right page or link as per your search preference.
Lastly I believe we need to keep faith. Its not easy path, We need to remember where there is a will there is a way
