Career advice on choosing SAP Functional

Hello everyone,

I need some advice on choosing SAP Functional module.I have 4 years of development experience in other technology ,but do have any experience in SAP.I want to move in SAP functional ,please give your valuable suggestions on which module is in demand and can be easy(as compared to other modules) as well.

Hi Tisca,

First of all you need to check on which types of development you did in your previous projects. Like if the projects and development was related with sales then choose SD module, if the development related with Procurement then choose MM, PP . Like this you need to check in which area or fields you have worked and have some basic knowledge. All these applicable for the SAP technical. Now if you are completely new to SAP , come from other technology then I must suggest you to read and go through the basic details in SCN sites.

Read all the blogs for career choosing , there are lot many experts explained about SAP foundation part. you can get overview from there which will help you to get right path.
