in production end user will get some problems in using sap system....as a support consultant we have to rectify that problems(ticket) that tickets i need.

First of all I think this question does not relate to the data transfers forum at all.

Second, almost any question raised here in the forums can occur in real life as a ticket, depends if you are doing first, second or third level support.
