Hi All,

I am so confused and it might be silly on my part to ask these questions but could any one suggest me as i was looking out for SAP BPC or SAP Basis.

I think i have reasonably good adaptive skills.

Would BPC be ideal and the implementations going on for BPC would be increasing in the coming future , in short career wise is bpc good or basis ??

Response is highly appreciated.

Regards,

Faraz

Hi Faraz,

SAP Basis is a purely technical module and BPC is techno functional. You should do some research on both and find out which one you like and which module is having maximum job opportunities. If you are good in planning, organizing and have a flair towards business and all aspects of business then you may like BPC.

You can follow the link - http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-27438 and find more information on BPC.

If you have any other questions then feel free to ask.

Thank you,

Nagarajan Viswanathan

Hi Ms,

SAP BPC - as said by mates, its techno functional. its need some knowledge from Finance background, then only that would be easy to grasp the content of bpc while learning.

BPC bit coding part aslo for calculations, Coding was written in SQL or MDX Scripts.

SAP as long as stands, SAP Basis also stands the same.

With out sap basis there is any another sap modules or any in sap.

Basis part if like oxygen for SAP modules.

Thanks
