It is waiting for moderator,

Please let me know the approval process

There is nothing like approval process, your blog shouldn't have any content which is already available on SCN and anything which is too basic and easily available..

Hi Shreyas

It appears your blog has been approved by another Moderator or Global Moderation. Dev has already linked in information regarding pre-moderation

For future reference, 24 hours is a bit eager to expect approval of blogs. Most of us moderators volunteer our free time on SCN to moderate forums as well as participate in producing content. It all takes time. Also, December is a holiday period for many of us so you will notice less activity on SCN.
