Benefits of ChaRM experience to SAP Basis Consultant

Hello Experts,

I have 4 years of experience as SAP Basis Consultant and currently I am at onsite and working as SAP Change Management consultant. I am wondering how ChaRM experience can be beneficial for me if I want to go for SAP Basis jobs in future. Can you all put some light on this.

I am from Change Management background and can tell you that it is one of the most critical business aspect. Due to its criticality, it is high in demand.

Moreover, as it is a part of SAP solution Manager, you may find your experties in very much in demand.
