Hi nagesh,
if you have done your graduation in technical side then you can go for SAP Basis or SAP ABAP,
and if you are from management background then go for funcational modules like SD, PP, CRM, SCM etc..
and sap is hot in market now ...
first get in to basis.... then you can discover........

Hi Nagesh
There is a saying "beggers cannot be choosers" and this typically applies to trainees.
When you go to look for a job you will be competing against others with experience. I would take any job your an get you hands on. Support work for Basis would be excellent to appreciate all the complexities for system administration. Support a Production Environment is quite different to project systems (performance tuning due to data volumes, criticality of system issues, batch job monitoring and interface monitoring, etc)
But again, take any job opportunity you can get your hands on. No matter what you will still continue to learn and obtain valuable experience.
Good luck

Hi Nagesh,
As a starting point in your career, the best one is to choose "Basis Support" because you can't compete with experience in project implementation and then tend to do a same tidy job in implementation what you do in support. Colleen also suggested right thing here... As per my view if you have a good basic experience in BASIS administrator then you can go for implementation after 1 or 2 years.
Do not think in the beginning... just step into SAP and start your career.
Best of luck.
