If salary doesn't matter for you then go for sap fico, having very good future.

but as your experience you will get more salary in your domain. and don't consider money and all.consider your interest and take a good decision.

ya.. now you are not getting big money as a trainer but as a fico consultant you will get more salary on experience. in sap functional guy is getting more salary compare to technical guy you know.

Hi Inayat,

First of all congratulations that you could secure a job and slowly progressing towards becoming a sap consultant.

My version would be grab it as at this point of time your concern should be to learn and establish yourself to a firm position as a consultant, you will automatically be elevated after an year or so once you have learned something as at that point of time you would be able to claim that you have worked as a FICO consultant and people can not ignore you as you would speak about your experience in your interview and they would be able to know your strength.

So go ahead and grab the job dont think about money and age now. concentrate on learning and building the career at this point of time not money as automaticallly you will be rewarded at later years in your career. If you run behind financial package now then you will not be in a position to learn and your focus will be lost.

You have a good luck.

Come back to me in case you need any clarification.

Thank you very much.

Thanks & Regards

Subhasish
