Advice on career change from nursing to SAP HCM

Hi everyone, I am currently working as a practice nurse and have been for 4 years now but want a career change into SAP HCM. I have a 2:1 In adult nursing degree and very skillful with use of some healthcare IT systems .Although am already working towards obtaining a certification in SAP HCM, am finding it really difficult to make my first entry into a job that is willing to accept me as a first timer. I know most of my nursing skills, which are non clinical are transferrable. Is there more that i have to do to secure my first entry opportunity. please help and thanks a lot.

i still believe that nurses earn more than sappers...
