Dear All,

Thanks for reading my post!

I am a 27 year Female working as a online marketing consultant from 2005. I done my degree in Msc.biotechnology & Bsc Physics.

I am very good in learning things & always keep updating myself.

After my marriage i like to switch my career and most of my friends adviced me to go for SAP-SD/ CRM. I enquired about SAP SD with some SAP training providers, they said that SAP SD wont suits for ladies, it suits only for gents from sales/ marketing background. I am confused with their feedback.

I am person dealing with online marketing for the last 4 years, & closed many deals for my company by my alone. I just love marketing & sales. So, their feedback realy upsets me.

Can anyone guide me whether i can go for SAP-SD or which SAP module to pick? I am very eager to learn SAP.

FYI: I am ready to take any diffiult module that gives me good career.

Many Thanks!

Ariya J

Thats the craziest thing Ive heard in a long while!

Why bother what others say? If you love SD, just go for it. Its important that you like what you do. If marketing is your background, then go with SD. No two ways about it. But getting a fresher job in SAP is difficult. So you might want to weigh your options before you take the plunge.

Seriously,I think that institute has all kinds of w____s in it. Ariya, choosing a module in SAP is based on your education background and more importantly your professional experience, particularly for people who would like to get into SAP Functional. SO,choose based on that. But trust me,a career in SAP is satisfying and also the pay is also good. But,the first job like any firsts in the life is difficult to get. So,check how things are at presentin the market.
