Hi Siba,

1. The hike or position is not only based on the area that you are experienced in, but the type of project you got involved in.

2. With support project experience, you may get a good hike with your 1 year experience, but you may not get the position that you aspire for.

3. Working in small scale or large scale implementation project (like transformational project where the scope of SAP modules are high, the geography is high, the number of users are high etc.) will give you both hike and positions.

4. Also, if you are in client facing role then it will be like icing on the cake

5. Lastly, if you really want to excel further, (and if not already done), you can apply for SAP SD certification.  If you are already a certified consultant, then please spend some more time in your current job, learn some more technical and functional stuff and then appear for job change.

Hope this will be useful.

Thanks and Regards

DJ

Hi Siba,

Do some certification in SD. and enhance your knowledge to technical like ABAP where as for AFS it is very much required.

And also enhance your knowledge to other core models like MM, FICO, Vistex, VC, CRM .TRM, SCM

The more knowledge you gain that will benefit for you.

So keep learning and keep growing.
