Hi krishna,

To acess sap resources like installation guides, master guides you can find at http://service.sap.com/instguides To access these resources you need to have S-User ID. This user id will be provided by sap if you are a customer/partner of sap or if you are a sap certified you will get s-user id from sap.

You can get sap help from help.sap.com

To know more about installation procedures you need to read installation guides and master guides available in service market place.

Following are some places where you can find good knowledge for sap basis.
