ABAP or HANA .Help me out??????

Hi am a fresher I want to which module is best for fresher abap or hana? Sap is good for fresher ?Pls help me out am in great confusion..and suggest me which institute is best for sap?

Anyone would be fine for you but I would recommend SAP HANA, beacuse it will give more ex poser   & greater heights in your future.

Before deciding which one is better you must try and find out the real world cases i.e. where abap comes in to play and where HANA comes in to play.

I would suggest that you must always have understanding of ABAP and above that HANA will give you an edge wherever its needed

Hi Sriram,

I would recommend you to learn basic of ABAP first before opting for HANA as it will helps you to in deepen the understandings and knowledge of delting with any kind of scenarios in future .

Sriram...I would say both are good. As you are a fresher i would recommend you to start with ABAP and you can learn HANA later (ABAP on HANA). This will provide you a good career start in SAP. Remember SAP business applications are written in ABAP that would leverage HANA in memory technology. Hope this provides some clarification to you.
