SAP is beyond thrilled to share that our 2017 end-of-the-year award tally is in and we have been honored with more awards, certifications, and recognitions than ever before at a mind-blowing total of
281.
Take a look at these awards and you’ll see diversity awards, HR awards, best workplace awards, happiest employee awards, and more. In this aspect, SAP is far surpassing the competition.
The last ceremony of the year has just concluded and our Employment Brand team has done exceptionally well over the past 12 months, winning more awards than any other department or region with a whopping
120 awards in 2017. These awards reflect SAP’s success of our overall Employment Brand, Employee Value Proposition (EVP), Recruitment Innovations, and Social Media efforts. Winning over 100 awards is certainly no easy feat, and, to our knowledge, has never been done before in the Talent Acquisition space by one company in a single year. It’s truly remarkable and something we can all take pride in as we close out 2017.
SAP has also been officially certified by the Top Employers Institute for its exceptional employee offerings in 19 countries and 4 regions (Europe, Middle East, North America, Asia Pacific). Early next year, we are expecting more countries to be certified as we aim for a global certification. To put things in perspective, SAP was a certified Top Employer in only 4 countries and zero regions in 2015. This is an exceptional recognition of our excellent employee conditions, talent development throughout all levels of the organization, and continuous optimization of employment practices.
SAP is particularly ecstatic to announce we are among the winners of all 5 countries of the annual Glassdoor Employees’ Choice Best Places to Work in 2018 awards making the list in the U.S., U.K., Germany, France, as well as receiving a first-place win in Canada! This is the second year in a row that SAP has been honored with a Glassdoor Employees’ Choice Award and this year, and SAP is one of only two employers to have achieved placement all 5 Glassdoor Best Places to Work lists – a record even for Glassdoor. By prioritizing global engagement on Glassdoor, we’ve risen from a 3.7 to 4.5 overall ranking on Glassdoor in the past two years, doubling our amount of reviews, and tripling our number of followers.
SAP continues to work hard on creating an environment where gender barriers and bias are broken to ensure equality and opportunity for all. This year, the Anita Borg Institute named SAP as being one of the Top Companies for Women Technologists, recognizing our commitment to building workplaces where women in technology roles can thrive. And thanks to the supportive and equitable place to build a career, Great Place to Work and FORTUNE have named SAP America as one of the country’s Best Workplaces for Women, Best Places for Workplace Diversity, and Working Parents.
These
281 awards highlight the strong position of our brand both globally and in our various market units. You can view the full list of award wins here. This year’s awards list has been humbling for us at SAP. It’s nice to be recognized externally for the innovative nature of what we do here at SAP and it is also a means to motivate us to continue to be the best, most innovative, award-winning cloud company out there!
