Last week, the prestigious employer awards-granting organization Great Place to Work held an awards event in São Paulo, Brazil, where they announced the “100 Best Companies to Work” in the IT Sector.
Great Place to Work considered national and international companies that have operations in Brazil for eligibility. Besides SAP, 251 other big-name companies, including IBM, Microsoft, and SalesForce, attended last week’s ceremony in São Paulo’s renowned IT Mídia Headquarters, where they anxiously awaited their rankings.
SAP Brazil and SAP Labs Latin America (LA) ended up scoring two awards from Great Place to Work. Labs LA was awarded 5th place up from 14th place last year and SAP Brazil finalized this year near the top third. This is the first time SAP Brazil is getting a Great Place to Work award and no other company in the room was recognized twice.
Great Place to Work will analyze the overall best Brazilian companies to work for and will announce them next week.
