SAP and USF were happy to invite a group of our clients, on Tuesday June 30th 2015, to meet our product experts and discover their innovation projects in Analytics, which is at the heart of our SAP strategy.

The first part of the event took place in a room on the 20th floor of the SAP Tower with a capacity of sixteen people. This insured a more intimate setting to encourage discussion and the exchange of ideas during this afternoon of innovation and discovery.

Introduced by a welcoming key note speech by Stephane Le Cam, Head of CTO Analytics, the customers could appreciate a presentation of the Analytics vision and the importance of the Levallois site as a research and expertise center in the fields of Business Intelligence, predictive, and advanced Analytics.

Then, with Jeanne Bigonnet, they could discover or rediscover the Customer Engagement Initiative and at the same time work together to define the future for the Cloud.

A presentation of the latest advances in the fields of user assistance and technical documentation was conducted by James Charlton and Trevor Holdsworth. Some demos were shown with Silvia Nauermann and Samuel Polichouk, who presented the diverse innovations on Web Intelligence which are still evolving in our Lab and will be delivered for SAP Business Object BI 4.2.

Customers were delighted by live results of improvements made thanks to feedback they gave three weeks earlier to USF members.

After a short break, the demos continued on Predictive Analytics, embedded Analytics in Fiori and FC 10.1 Web Parts with the collaboration of product experts such as Didier Mazoue, Abdel Dadouche, Dan Marinescu and Thibault Lefaix, who succeed in highlighting innovations implemented thanks to customer feedback.

The presence of Clemens Daeschle, COO SAP Labs Network, was much appreciated to conclude these presentations because he managed to show how essential SAP Labs is in the world Labs network, considering its important market and powerful engineering expertise.

A cocktail in a room on the 19th floor of the SAP Tower closed the event, allowing our customers to enjoy a breathtaking view of Paris and its surroundings, while they could meet the various speakers at the event.

This afternoon was the perfect occasion for our customers to share their opinions and to join co-innovation projects, enjoying some very special time with our teams. They were very satisfied with this event, achieving a 91% satisfaction rate, and almost all of the participants wanted to come back to future events.

It is with great enthusiasm that we propose that they come back for the occasion of our next possible Product Innovation Day, planned for Novembr. If you too are interesting in getting more information on SAP Analytics and having fruitful exchanges with our product experts and teams, stay tuned!
