Growing up in Denmark Hans Kristian desperately wanted to be a super-hero and wear a cape to work. At SAP, he can wear a cape to work if he wants to, and as a Presales Lead we’re sure his team think he’s super.
“I joined march 2017 – and have not had a moment of regret. SAP is probably the hottest place in IT.”
We asked Hans Kristian how did he find his way to SAP?
“I wanted to develop my career and move on after 3 exiting years in a leadership position with Accenture. Three companies made it to my short list, with SAP as #1. I registered with a job agent and the job kind of found me. I used social media to research everyone in the interview loop, and YouTube was key source for research on SAP. I did 5 interviews, and had to do presentations on digital transformation, leadership and organizational design.”
So, what does Hans Kristian feel are the key skills to do his job?
People and talent management skills – to attract and maintain top talent
A passion for technology and customers – to bring them together
Be analytical – to seek the truth and act on it
Be a change agent – to stay relevant
Have Digital DNA – to understand and unleash the power of Digital
Be curious - to constantly look for opportunities
