Our employees are to thank today as bill.mcdermott is named one of the highest rated CEOs of 2016 in the U.S., Canada, and Germany on Glassdoor! Glassdoor is the world’s most transparent job and recruiting marketplace, and an open forum for employees to share their feedback on life at SAP and the leadership that helps to drive our momentum. Bill McDermott’s rating is at an astonishing 94%.

CEO approval ratings are gathered through Glassdoor’s online company review survey, which seeks to gain current and former employee sentiment about job and company satisfaction, the work environment and the culture. Employees are asked to rate a number of workplace factors like compensation and benefits as well as work-life balance, and asked whether they approve or disapprove of the way their CEO is leading the company. In addition, employees are asked to describe some of the upsides and downsides of working for the company and provide any advice for senior management.

SAP impressively obtained a combined viewership of nearly 1.9 million views on its Glassdoor pages since last year. With 85% of the 3,400+ respondents saying they’d refer our company to a friend, SAP increased its rating by .3 points up to 4.0, now outranking many of our closest competitors, including Oracle, Workday, and VMware.
