I’ll go first!
Hi everyone, I'm Shreenith Naik. I serve as the Senior Community Manager for the SAP Signavio Community within the Customer Success team at SAP Signavio. My role is all about ensuring you have the best possible community experience and providing steady support in your business transformation journey with SAP Signavio.
I first started using SAP Signavio about 4 years ago, during my onboarding phase in the height of the pandemic in 2020. Back then, I completed my onboarding tasks using the old Signavio Workflow Accelerator, now known as SAP Signavio Process Governance. I remember thinking that it was the most interactive way to learn the product, adapt to the company culture, and get to know the teams all at once. One of my fondest memories is completing a creative task with a picture of me and my 'Siggy' (a Signavio stuffed toy given to newbies) and sharing it with our colleagues. That right there was my first and most memorable memories with Signavio, both with the product and the team and I've been using SAP Signavio ever since.
Now it’s your turn!
I look forward to hearing your stories.😊

Hi all,
i'm Daniel Lerch a Business Process Manager of my company. With that i'm responsible to create a company wide process management system, roll out SAP Signavio to the company and support projects with the process point of view of their needed changes.
I joined this group because i want to learn about different ways we can go. additional to that i want to give insides of my work. Not everybody has the opportunity to create a complete process management from scratch. It can be challenging and easy at the same time.
With that if have good knowledge of how to find out unofficial structures, introduce process thinking to other people and how to structure project work with the help of process thinking.
I started my work with SAP Signavio Process Manager and later on with the Collaboration Hub. For both systems i'm the administrator. I built all the structure and setup of user groups value chains and process notations.
The proudest moment was when my Business Process Management Experts of all the different departments really started to model their own processes and pushed the management system by them self. It's like a father sees his child doing the first steps.
Big thank you for creating this group.
Greetings
Daniel

Hi Everyone!
I thought I would jump on this cool initiative as well. My name is J.D. Wong-Loera.
Process wise I come from the SAP Suppy Chain Planning background. All the way back from R/3 then ECC and APO to these days of S/4 HANA and IBP. But I have always been called "The Process Guy", for better or for worse 😅
I firmly believe that a strong process analysis practice coupled with BPM and Business Architecture capabilites can help tremendously an organization to not only cost-optimize but to design processes that are fun and engaging.
I am relatively new to SAP Signavio. I have been using other applications in the last 10 years, but I've become a fan in the last year. Why? I think it is great that finally the SAP Application Landscape has its own Process Transformation Suite, and the fact that it is nicely aligning with SAP LeanIX, just makes these 2 a power couple seen form the Business Architecture and BPM angles.
Why I am in this community? to be inspired and to inspire others. Process Re-engineering as it was called in the 80s/90s and now with better terms as "Business Process Transformation" is not a walk in the park, because it is actually about continuous improvement, which means that BPM practitioners are always investigating and pressing some buttons in some business areas, and that requires focus and a tough skin sometimes. So inspiring one another is key in keeping the eyes on the prize.
My latest fondest moment is when I watched the release webinar for Process Transformation Manager, and I saw one the slides introducing the Role "Transformation Manager" and 4 key deliverables. I believe that this will empower BPM enthusiasts in organizations, a formal role name such as this, and the clarity of the deliverables will Lift them up so they can better leverage applications designed to analyse and manage the business processes.
Cheers! and lets keep the learning and sharing going!
Best! 🙌

Hi everyone,
I’m Samuel Bianchi, a Senior Product Marketing Manager at SAP Signavio in Barcelona. As Shreenith said, it’s great to be part of this community where we can all learn from each other. I’ve been at SAP Signavio for a while, focusing on helping customers get the most out of our products and ensuring they continue to see value in them.
I really liked what JD mentioned about mixing personal and professional experiences. I also think that building strong relationships is key to making changes work. That’s something I focus on a lot, whether it’s working with influencers and product advocates or listening to what customers need.
In my past jobs, I’ve worked on managing community platforms like this, and I’ve seen how valuable they can be. They help people share ideas, ask questions, and learn from each other.
I’m excited to join the discussions here, learn from you all, and hopefully share some tips from my work at SAP Signavio.
Looking forward to talking with everyone!
Cheers,

Hi Everyone,
thanks @shreenithnaik for setting this up!
I will go next 😊
I’m Alexandra Druskeit, and I’m thrilled to be part of this incredible community of transformation champions!
With over 15 years of experience in business process management and as a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, I’ve successfully led BPM initiatives across various industries. Twice, I’ve implemented SAP Signavio and achieved value with Process Manager when it was the only solution available.
As a former department head, I built a center of excellence reporting directly to the CFO, developing high-performing teams and advising on project management, process optimization, and change initiatives. My approach is holistic, bridging strategy and execution with cutting-edge solutions to align processes with business goals.
Business transformation is my passion, and I firmly believe in continuous learning to stay at the forefront of the industry. That’s why being part of this community excites me — there’s so much we can learn from each other. Networking and sharing best practices, success stories, and even failures across industries allow us to grow faster and more effectively.
On a personal note, I’m a proud mom to a little son, and I love anything that brings adventure into my life — whether it's hiking, traveling, or exploring. At home, I enjoy cooking and practicing yoga. My husband and I are excited to eventually show our son the wonders of the ocean as divers and look forward to getting back on our motorbikes to travel Europe when he’s older.
As Demokrit said, "Courage is the beginning of action, happiness the end." I’m looking forward to learning, sharing, and collaborating with all of you in this community to drive impactful transformation.
Looking forward your stories 🙌
