You are managing cloud subscription contracts? Help us shape the future of cloud contract pages in SAP for Me (within Finance & Legal dashboard) by joining one of our feedback activities such as a remote usability testing.

We are currently redesigning the cloud contract pages in SAP for Me to boost ease of use in the way we are displaying cloud contracts and to improve our user experience. The redesign will also ensure we are ready for the future of digital self-services for managing your contracts.

You are invited to engage with us early in the development phase to make sure we are building the right things for actual end users like you. The insights we gain will help us address your needs and pain points and we will treat the feedback you share with us anonymously.

Who can participate?
We are looking for participants who manage cloud contracts or are involved in contract management (including renewals, terminations, and related commercial aspects) of SAP cloud software subscriptions. You can either be an existing or a prospective SAP for Me user.

What kind of feedback activities are planned?
We currently plan to conduct remote (virtually via web meeting), moderated feedback sessions starting Mid January to Early February of 2024. A session will typically focus on testing the prototype we are currently working on. We will go over its functionality and design, and we appreciate your honest feedback. We've ensured the session will be easy to attend - no preparation, a maximum of an hour, and it can be scheduled at your convenience.

 

What is in it for me?
You will be among the first to sneak peek at new features before they get released. It’s easy and safe for you to share your feedback early in the development progress to ensure that we are meeting your needs!

 

Do I have any obligations from signing up?
You decide if you want to participate if contacted by us. The feedback activity will be covered by a Feedback Agreement (FBA) between your company and SAP.
If an FBA exists for your company and SAP already, there is nothing else to prepare. Otherwise, no need to worry -- we will guide you through the process of getting an FBA in place.
