SAP for Me strives to provide a harmonized and integrated experience for SAP customers with the latest technologies. In the digital age, mobile applications have become a vital part of our daily lives. To provide an efficient and convenient access to your interactions with SAP, we are excited to announce that we released the SAP Mobile App for iOS, Android, and Android for Chinese Market so that you can easily manage your tasks and get in-time notifications on the go.

The app's focus is to streamline and simplify everyday tasks, making it ideal for handling straightforward processes and providing you with a simplified experience. Please be aware that the app won’t display all data that you can access on the website.

Here is an overview of key features:

1. ‘Get Support’ application

The new ‘Get Support’ application provides a guided and harmonized support experience. It replaces what was formerly known as the ‘Incident Form’ in the launchpad. In the mobile app, it currently provides access to the support channels ‘Case’* and ‘Expert Chat’.Once you have provided sufficient information about your product issue, artificial intelligence (AI) will suggest possible solutions. The app helps to report critical issues effectively by guiding you through the ‘Business Impact’ analysis. The most suitable ‘Support Channel’ is recommended to resolve the matter fast and efficiently.

Case Management

The brand new ‘Case List’ displays all open cases reported by you or anyone else from your company. Navigate to the ‘Case Detail’ to check the latest conversations and history including attachments and solutions provided by SAP. Directly reply to SAP, adding different types of attachments if you are authorized. Once the status of your case is changed, you will receive a push notification. If you don’t want to receive this type of notifications, you can switch it off in the app settings.

Use the filter and tab to find your case in the ‘Case List’. It is sorted by priority and change date by default.

We continue our work on the mobile apps and will bring in additional features, e.g., adding additional support channels.

  • If you have ideas and recommendations regarding the functions and features, please submit them via the Feedback link on the ‘My Profile’ page to influence SAP for Me development.
  • If you face any bug, submit a case so that the development team can follow up the issue. The SAP for Me support process follows the standard process. There is no need to send emails to various SAP contacts. All your submitted questions will be addressed by our dedicated support teams.
  • Use the feedback survey to rate the current app’s experience.
