What is SAP Learning Hub?
SAP Learning Hub is available on a subscription basis and gets you access to premium guided learning resources. Learners can take advantage of premium features such as practice training environments, live sessions and certification attempts to supplement their online training experience. SAP Learning Hub makes it easy to learn at your own pace, where and when it is convenient for you. Want to know how your learners are using their subscriptions? Your SAP Learning Hub Admin will have access to the SAP Analytics Dashboard where they can track the progress and performance of learners, ensuring that training goals are being met.

Are you ready to unlock the full potential of your SAP Learning Hub subscription? We’re excited to guide you through the activation process. Whether you're a newcomer eager to dive into SAP's vast resources or a seasoned professional looking to refine your skills, activating your subscription is the first step towards achieving your learning goals. The SAP Learning Hub Onboarding Resource Center will help guide you through activation. There are two primary methods to activate your subscription:
- Your company has an SAP Learning Hub Admin who will handle the setup for you. All learners will receive a registration confirmation letting them know their subscription is ready to use and a link to SAP Learning to login.
- You have an email with an activation code that allows you to activate your own SAP Learning Hub subscription. Your SAP Learning Hub Admin will forward this email to learners to self-activate.
SAP Universal ID and SAP Learning Hub Whichever activation method your company is using, the first thing you need to do is create an SAP Universal ID. If you can’t remember if you already have one, you can easily check here. Make sure to add a second email address to your SAP Universal ID, this ensures you have a backup method for account recovery and notifications. Already have an active SAP Universal ID? Great! However, it’s still a good idea to go back and add a second email address for better security. Pro tip: Make sure to link all your existing SAP User IDs to your Universal ID. This will simplify your account management and provide a more integrated experience. If you require any help creating or managing your SAP Universal ID, don't hesitate to reach out to the Customer Interaction Center for assistance. |

Activate your SAP Learning Hub subscription using an Activation Code
| If you have received an activation code to self-activate, you will start by clicking the redemption link in your email. All users will use the same activation code; once all purchased subscriptions have been activated, the code will no longer be valid. You will be prompted to login or create an SAP User Account. This is where you will either use your SAP Universal ID or create one if you haven’t already. Make sure you save any updates, agree to the Terms and Conditions, and select the Submit button to complete your activation. You will then see a green bar at the top of your screen confirming your activation code redemption. Activation is a two-part process, SAP will now provision your subscriptions and when you receive your subscription confirmation you will be ready to login!

Accessing your SAP Learning Hub subscription
Once you have activated your subscription, or your SAP Learning Hub Admin has activated your subscription for you, each learner will receive a registration confirmation and you will be ready to login to SAP Learning and start your learning journey! If you have multiple SAP User IDs linked to your SAP Universal ID, you will need to select the SAP User ID the SAP Learning Hub license is assigned to. You can add a nickname to this User ID to make it easy to identify. Pro tip: If you have the Administrator or Reporting role, you will need to ensure you select the SAP User ID this role is assigned to. |
