What’s New
The What’s New Viewer is an SAP help page for each solution which allows our customers to find the deprecated, changed, and new features between your as-is and to-be SAP Solution release. This is presented in a downloadable list format that can be filtered, it provides a short description to better understand the capabilities delivered and links to technical information of the delivered innovations.
Release Assessment and Scope Dependency Tool (SAP S/4HANA Cloud public edition, only)
The release assessment and scope dependency is a simple, self-learning tool for the customers of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition. This tool enables the ease of consumption and adoption of impacts, improvements, and innovations which are rolled out with each release and upgrade.
It presents to the customers, a tailor-made list of deleted, deprecated, new and changed objects like apps, APIs CDS views, Scope Items etc. for each SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition release and continuous delivery. This list is filtered based on the customer’ s used and activated scope which means that the customers only see the changes relevant to them and not the entire list. Cloud ALM for operations
SAP Cloud ALM for Operations empowers customers to understand the health of their SAP business solutions by providing full stack monitoring and alerting covering business processes, integration, users, applications, and health of cloud services and systems. It also allows them to conduct root cause analysis on different levels and act as a collaboration platform between LOB and IT. SAP Cloud ALM enables operations automation by integrating existing automation solutions. It also introduces intelligent event processing to enable event correlation and intelligent alerting to provide transparency regarding availability of business services including event calendar and service level management.
Continuous Quality Check for Process Adoption (for SAP S/4HANA Cloud, public edition only)
Continuous Quality Check (CQC) are service reports with an executive summary, findings and a detailed action plan to mitigate risks or improve system usage. As a post live resource there are CQC which according to the solution focus on improving system usage and adopting the latest innovations, business process improvement, optimization of security and performance, monitor and reduce and data volume amongst others. Benchmark value assessment (for SAP S/4HANA Cloud, public edition only)
This is a continuation from the benchmark performed at the discovery phase which output is a personalized scorecard in real-time showcasing a Key Performance Indicator analysis and process maturity gap on best practices in comparison to industry peers for all process areas contained in the solution. Influence Portal
The SAP Continuous Influence program provides our customers and partners with the opportunity to suggest improvements on SAP products directly to the development teams. This program is specifically aimed towards customers with productive licenses for SAP products and who would like to be able to suggest improvements in a continuously open channel. In addition, our customers can also find initiatives where SAP is looking for early adopters of certain functionalities for testing which grants early access and enhanced support for early testers.
