Delegation of Performance Forms - Gap in SAP's suggested solution - Customer Influence - Pls vote

Hello SF Community, 

Has anyone implemented 2H 2024 Delegation of Performance Forms feature? In this new feature, Managers in the system need to be identified in order to be given delegation for the Delegator - Delegatee role. The way SAP currently proposing to achieve this is to create an RBP group and maintain it manually. This is tedious process, very inefficient and time consuming process. More info can be find here
