Hello, I fall Into the category of being under represented in the tech space. I'm very interested in the digital skills initiative. I currently work on the tech side of HRIS. I think the HCM module would be a good start, but I'm not sure. I've worked for one of the top payroll firms in the past. Configuring and troubleshooting issues. Providing workarounds if there ate defects etc. I enjoy finding solutions and I think HCM would be best. Any insight on my next steps?
