Hello All, I am new member in this group and I am looking to participate in the Digital skills Initiative program. Having been in HR/talent acquisition for a decade, I believe I need to update/switch from day to HR functions to HR Tech aspects. Where I can use my years of core HR functional experience and leverage it in HCM tech world with the curious, problem solving and decent technical mindset that I possess to the next level in the growing AI world.
