Dear David. 

Managing large-scale SAP projects often brings unique technical and administrative challenges. One memorable example involved a project where we encountered significant delays due to compatibility issues between SAP S/4HANA and some legacy systems the client relied on. The integration required extensive customization, which initially slowed down our timelines. To address this, we assembled a dedicated task force that included both SAP specialists and in-house IT experts. This collaboration allowed us to develop a tailored solution that bridged the systems and streamlined data flow, ultimately achieving compatibility without disrupting daily operations.

Another challenge was navigating compliance requirements that varied significantly across European countries. This demanded meticulous project planning and documentation to meet each region’s standards. By working closely with our legal and compliance teams from the beginning and breaking down the project into localized phases, we were able to stay on track and avoid costly delays.
