I'm working as a Lead Customer Support Representative at Groupon Shared Services Ltd, Chennai, India. I've 9+ yrs of experience in Customer Support industry but not related to SAP. I've some knowledge in SAP ABAP as I took training from my friend who is working as a Senior Consultant in SAP ABAP.
