I'm a graduate in Human Resource Management with practical HR experience. I've completed training in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors EC, and I recently obtained my certification in SuccessFactors. I am committed to continuous learning and am currently expanding my knowledge in the field.

I really love working with SAP because it helps businesses improve their processes. It's amazing to see how technology can make such a big difference. I want to keep learning and growing in this field to develop my skill set with the SAP platform to hopefully be in a position where I can utilize my training to give back to others in the future.

 My Mom had a stroke 5 years ago, and I dedicated my life to taking care of her. My Mom passed away last year, and the 5 year employment gap that I have from taking care of my Mom is making it difficult to re-enter the workforce because the employers view the 5 year gap as an indicator that my skills are not current. I am very appreciative of the opportunity that the digital skills initiative provides because I am hopeful that it will enable me to prove to the interviewers that I have the current and valuable skills to successfully contribute to the job force.

I am already on unit 5 of Discovering End-to-End Business Processes for the Intelligent Enterprise, it seems that what I like the most is the SAP SuccessFactors solution I hope you can give me some guidance on where I should start, and what part you would recommend for SAP SF Consultant.

After serving for 9 years  in public administration (civil),  I have re-started my professional career, stretching my technical competences and soft skills to come back into technology consulting, my first passion. I have participated in the work&study program of SANS and I gained the GSTRT (Giac). Now I am completing the studies to  the GCFA (Giac) and I am studying COSO, the Enterprise Risk Management framework, to apply cybersecurity analysis and strategic roadmap in finance sector. This year , I have also studied the inter blockchain protocol (obtaining a certification from Chainlink) and I have invested 3 months in the Applied Data Science program of MIT professional (obtaining the completion certificate with my final notebook in python and executive summary about market research). My professional goal is :  cyber risk  leader  for financial field. I'm probably late on the uptake here but would like to start an application for the Beginner Digital Skills Initiative.  The following are reasons I'd qualify:

• Women
• Minorities who may not have equal opportunity in their geographic location 
• First generation college students (already have degree though for many years)
• People looking to switch their careers mid-life
• People who lack the financial means to afford a certification attempt for themselves (currently between work and not finding anything)

Please let me know next steps as I look forward to receiving a registration link.  As well, what would you recommend as the most expeditious path considering a late application?
