University of Cagliari became SAP Next-Gen Chapter on Blockchain in 2018. Prof. Alessandro Spano, who drives SAP related activities in University, organised several events, participated to SAP Events including SAP Now Milano, SAP University Alliances Academic Conferences, Workshop on Future UA portfolio etc.
In 2020 Prof. Spano organised a lecture on Blockchain technology by Prof. Rainer Lenz from Bielefeld University of Applied Sciences, Germany. Prof. Spano also participated to a Blockchain Webinar with experts from SAP Italy and SAP partner BrightNode.
