With the support from CSUA (China SAP Users Association), the “SAP Academic and Education Working Committee” has been announced at CSUA Annual Conference in Shanghai, October 21st.

CSUA was officially established in 2012 and provides a forum for individuals and companies within the SAP community to share knowledge, network with peers, influence the direction of SAP solutions, and provide ongoing education for all members. While SAP University Alliances is striving for cultivating future talents and leaders of tomorrow for SAP ecosystem, the collaboration is expected to tighten the connection with SAP customers and provides more opportunities for students to learn, apply and develop career on SAP.

On October 20th , an internal workshop was host at SAP Labs China for members of “SAP Academic and Education Working Committee”. Though many of the committee members were not able to join in person due to COVID-19 situation and semester schedule, still the workshop went very well and quite few action items have been proposed and agreed by all members participated. A tour to SAP Labs China Digital Experience Center was also organized to show some latest innovation by SAP and ecosystem, which left deep impressions for professors.


On October 21st, UA China host a break-out session at CSUA Annual Conference where invited UA professors, SAP customers and  SAP colleagues to exchange best practice and ideas on University-Enterprise cooperation. Many professors who cannot join in person also participated and presented virtually.


The main conference started from the afternoon of Oct 21st  where Dr. Chenhong Huang, President of SAP Greater China attended and delivered keynote speech. Later, the chairman of CSUA, Mr. Jian Wang, CIO of Geely Group took the occasion to announce the establishment of “SAP Academic and Education Working Committee” under CSUA and shared the initial 27 members to all attendees.



With successfully established the committee under CSUA, we look forward to further collaboration connects academia and ecosystem, and explore more meaningful and impactful events in the coming future!
