Dear colleagues in DACH,
At the 2024 SAP Academic Community Conference in Vienna the election of the new DACH Academic Board took place. It is our great pleasure to be your representatives and we welcomed new member in the board. On behalf of all board members I would like to thank the members who didn’t run for re-election.
For the term 2024-26 we want to focus our work on several topics together with you as faculty in the region.
Sustainability and Artificial Intelligence are two significant pillars across the domains of business process management, technology, digital transformation and management, teaching methods as well as international collaboration.
While we redefined our focus, our mission remains the same:
- We promote networking and the exchange of experiences between learners, teachers and researchers in the context of business, processes and IT. The exchange is promoted by organizing and implementing joint events.
- We bring together interested and motivated experts from different subject areas and specialist areas.
- We provide the framework for determining the needs of teachers/learners and companies.
- We work together with SAP and the Competence Centers on a financeable use of the offers.
- We promote further training and networking between teachers and young talents in cooperation with the SAP community.
