1. Open the SAP Build Lobby, choose Sales Order Assistant Joule Skill project.

2. Click Create, then Joule Skill.

3.Enter name update_personal_details and description Allows the user to update their last name and emergency contact information due to an upcoming marriage..

4. Click Parameters and configure Skill Inputs and Skill Input as mentioned

6. Choose Add Input three times and enter the following parameters:

Similarly, create Joule skills that can call APIs for SuccessFactors name change and case creation.

6. Choose New Conversation.

A case is automatically created in Service Cloud V2, and simultaneously, the employee’s last name is updated in SAP SuccessFactors through the integrated Joule skill
