Q&A during the session

QuestionAnswer 
Is it possible to create, release, and deploy transports in any status? Additionally, can we restrict these actions to specific users only?

We are completing our Pilot release and soon we will proceed with next release . How the Retrofit will be managed using CALM ?Retrofit feature is still under development, we plan to release it later this year.
Once the changes deployed in quality system, how the Defects/ correction will be handled. in solman we have a separate transaction for defect correction . here it will be very challenging to create a feature for every defect and move it to the target sytem. this will make system very complex and we may loose the control over change. if there are 100 defect and 100 features. so kindly suggest a strategy to handle this situation.Different Feature types like Normal change, Urgent change in SAP Solution Manager is planned this year, now you can use Tags to distinguish the different feature.

How the Transport Related checks will be handled during Quality system movement ?

Cross -REf, Downgrade, ATC Critical object, CSOL ?

We currently only support transports check for production. The ATC check and CSOL planned this year.
Can we also create TR in sap PO system via calm？Currently, we only support create transports for CTS-managed transports. No plan to support other transport creation. Please create idea in our Influence program.
Can we configure ITSM in Cloud ALM？ITSM is not planned in SAP Cloud ALM, however you can connect other ITSM tools to SAP Cloud ALM through API.
