Wrong position of barcode variables (Bar-One)

Hello,

I am using Bar-One to design barcodes. I am able to print them out of SAP (SE71). We are using the Zebra Z4mplus.

But I have a problem with the SAP variables. The data are all printed correct except the postition of the SAP variables. They are completely different on the final label compared to the position I have placed them in the Bar-One design program!

Can anybody help me?

Hi,

Check the Printer settings. Every Zebra printing has some default settings. Check if they have set some margins or some other settings. We had this issue once and we realized that the problem was with the Printer default setings.

Ok, I will check the printer settings.

But I am wondering why all the fixed data are printed in the correct position and only the SAP variables are printed wrong? Can this really be a printer issue?

Hi Anne,

Could you try printing directly from the BAR-ONE tool. Select your label and there is an option ot print directly. Check if you are having the same issue if you print directly as well.

for some reason the PRINT button in Bar-One is greyed-out, maybe because I only have the demo version.
