We have done the Enhancement in the PR rejection process and we are using classical release strategy.
Enhancement - When the PR is rejected at any level all the Previous approvals are cancelled and release strategy is resetted and the new work item is triggered to the level one approver and the status of the document remains In release.
Currently when the PR is rejected, Two work items are getting generated and one work item is sent to level one approver and second work item is sent to level 2 approver. The work item id's are different.
Could you please help us in the above issue were our requirement is to sent the retriggered work item only to level one Approver.
