Where to Start for Internal Use of Concur API

Hello Community.

This feels like it should be easy to find, but I just haven't been able to. Our company uses SAP Concur for invoices and expenses. We want to integrate this to some internal systems and the REST API looks like the way to do it.

But, I can't find any documentation on where to request/purchase an API key so that I can authenticate with OAUTH.

Can someone point me in the right direction?
