Where can I find the information for Receiver Type ISU_C4C_CA_REPLICATION?

I want to know tcode where I can get information about the receiver type? For example, for receiver types WS###, we know it's a workflow template and can check it out in PFTC or SWDD.

You may simulate the event (ISUACCOUNT CHANGED) via transaction code SWU0, it will show which tasks or workflows are linked to this event.
