What is the difference between ISO Codes DA and DAY in SAP?

I know that the ISO code is important for Electronic Data Interchange conversion. The official ISO list of Unit of Measure codes that I am using (

) lists only DA as a valid ISO code. How are these different within SAP (or when data is sent to EDI)?

please have a look at 69063. There you can find the source for UoN iso codes used by SAP (in table T006).
